“When my kids were young we went to Walt Disney World every summer for 8 years in a row because it was the only place that everyone, including the adults, had a good time. Now that my kids are grown with kids of there own, we still love going to WDW. Every time we wanted to go to Walt Disney World on vacation with one of our kids, I used to spend hours and days online and on the phone trying to figure out the best deal and get our reservations made. Then if I needed to make changes, which happens a LOT, it would be even more hours and days on the phone trying to make those changes. A few years ago, after being unsuccessful in making the needed changes, I emailed Rachel to see if she could help me. I had never used a travel agent and I didn’t know if there was anything she could do, but she was my only hope! She worked her magic, was able to make the changes and our vacation came off without a hitch. Since then she has planned 4 or 5 more Walt Disney World vacations for us. All I have to do is call her with the dates and the names of who is going with us and she does the rest. We are retired military, annual pass holders, and sometimes get sent special pin code offers, so trying to figure out which discount gives us the best deal can be a nightmare. But with Rachel I never have to worry about it. Not only does she get us the best deal when she makes the reservations, but she constantly monitors all the new offers that come out so if a better deal comes alone before our trip she is right on top of it and makes the changes. No matter how many times we postpone trips, change dates, change resorts, add nights, drop nights, etc, etc, she never complains, never tells me to find another agent, never ignores my calls and emails. She is the absolute best and I can’t even imagine planning a WDW trip myself!!!”
